Initial fault diagnosis of problems with your Seadoo waterscooter
Service Description
Don’t know what’s wrong with your SeaDoo? Check Engine or Warnings Lights On ? Don’t panic. Let Chichi Jestki Tours' mechanic help you understand any faults you may be experiencing with your SeaDoo. We offer you an honest and detailed diagnostics of your vehicle condition and identify anything wrong with your vehicle. The service includes making any changes such as programming of new keys, clearing errors, programming a new IBR/computer etc.. This will be performed with the official BUDS2 Megatech Mechatronic Expert version of software. As long as the duration of the analysis stays within 15 minutes the cost will be 40 Euro/80 Guilders. Additional charges will apply for any diagnostics beyond the initial 15 minutes (40 Euro/80 Guilders per 15 minutes). Once your appointment request has been submitted, you will be contacted to discuss your problem statement and to confirm the model of your Jetski. Once the appointment request is accepted, you will receive specific instructions on when to bring your SeaDoo to our location.






Cancellation Policy
1. If the renter wishes to cancel the rental agreement, he must inform Chichi Jetski in writing or electronically as soon as possible. If the renter cancels, the renter can claim a refund of the rental price equal to: a. 75% of the agreed rent in case of cancellation before 1 week before the start of the rental period; b. 50% of the agreed rent in case of cancellation between 7 and 3 days before the start of the rental period; c. 25% of the agreed rent in case of cancellation less than 3 days before the start of the rental period; d. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the rental period, no refund of the rental price is due. e. Refunds will be transferred to the renters bank account within 7 days of receipt of the cancellation. 2. If the date/time of a tour has already been rescheduled once at the request of the renter, a subsequent request to reschedule the tour will not be honored by Chichi Jetski and no refund will be provided in the event of a later cancellation. 3. Chichi Jetski reserves the right to make exceptions to this cancellation policy under extraordinary circumstances at its sole discretion. 4. Chichi Jetski can cancel the rental agreement if it believes that there should be no sailing due to the safety of the renter or water scooter. The rental period will then be moved by mutual agreement. If that is not possible, the renter will receive the full rent back. 5. Chichi Jetski will not refund the rental price if: a) A renter who expresses dissatisfaction with the weather or other tour conditions is not eligible for a refund of the rental price. Chichi Jetski will make reasonable efforts to address concerns but is not obligated to provide a refund in such cases. b) A renter who changes his mind on the day of the tour and decides not to participate (anymore) will not be eligible for a refund of the rental price. c) A renter who does not pay the security deposit will not get the rent back. d) A renter who arrives late (arrives later than 20 minutes before the scheduled departure time) or does not show up at all for any reason will not receive a refund of the rental price. e) No refunds of the rental price will be given if Chichi Jetski determines that a participant in the renter's group does not meet the obligations (e.g. cannot swim, is pregnant, does not meet the conditions of age, weighs more than 160 KG, etc.
